Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that potential delays could arise due to the postal service; this is beyond our control.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pre orders: If an item is a pre order item, it will be indicated in the title and the description. Please note that shipping for pre orders is longer than indicated in the check out page. This is the time it takes to produce the item, shipping it to the consignment location, and then shipment to you.
